I am a professor at a primarily undergraduate institution. My spouse is a research professor and works two hours' drive away. This blog is primarily about life at a PUI, but also about our family trying to make the most of an uncomfortable lifestyle.

Although I hate iron supplements, I hope they help you!
ReplyDeleteAnother supplement I don't think I could have done without has been DHA; my brain was not at all cooperating without it.
I felt like I was becoming increasingly unable to cope for about two years, and then I found out I had a vitamin D deficiency. I started taking 2000 IU of vitamin D a day, and it turned my life around! I'm like a real-life infomercial for vitamin D!
ReplyDeleteIt might be a good thing though, right? If it is I mean, and you now have supplement.... Just don't be surprised if your belly might be a bit upset to start with, or that you might need to try a different brand/concentration. Iron can be a bit hard on you....
