I am a professor at a primarily undergraduate institution. My spouse is a research professor and works two hours' drive away. This blog is primarily about life at a PUI, but also about our family trying to make the most of an uncomfortable lifestyle.
I'm being a little dramatic. Of course we don't make a decision of where to send our kids based solely on a contractor's mistakes. Now, if it's still there next year...
LOL! Perhaps the Princip(r)al backs in every time? Otherwise, there really is no excuse for it being there for more than a month. Black paint is cheap - it can probably be fixed with a sample size jar of paint. Optics do matter.
